This is the place where our Community Team can come together to share ideas, discuss upcoming activities and work towards making The Smark Report an active, welcoming and engaging wrestling community.

The Community Team plays an important role in bringing the forum to life. While great discussions often happen naturally, we want to make sure there's always something happening to encourage members to get involved, return to the forum and interact with one another.

Our aim is simple: keep the conversations flowing and give our members plenty of reasons to get involved!

💬 What Does the Community Team Do?

The Community Team is focused on member engagement, participation and creating a lively atmosphere throughout The Smark Report.

Some of the key areas we'd like the team to focus on include:

1. Keeping Conversations Flowing

Help encourage activity across the forum by participating in existing discussions, introducing fresh talking points and giving members reasons to keep conversations going.

We don't want interesting topics to disappear after just a couple of replies. A little encouragement can go a long way!

2. Coming Up With New Engagement Ideas

We're always looking for new and creative ways to get members involved.

This could include discussion challenges, community questions, polls, themed weeks, competitions, prediction games, member awards or anything else that encourages participation.

Don't be afraid to think outside the box. Even a simple idea could turn into something the whole community enjoys!

3. Encouraging Member Participation

Not everyone is comfortable jumping straight into conversations, particularly newer members.

The Community Team can help by welcoming people, inviting them into discussions and making sure everyone feels included. We want members to feel that their contributions matter, whether they make one post a day or a hundred.

4. Organising Community Activities

We'd love to see the team help plan and organise activities that give members something to look forward to.

These could be regular weekly activities, monthly challenges, special forum events or occasional competitions. The aim is to create a community calendar with plenty of opportunities for members to take part.

5. Listening to Members

The best engagement ideas often come directly from the people using the forum.

Pay attention to what members enjoy, what they'd like to see more of and whether there are areas where we could improve. Sharing this feedback with the team will help us make decisions that benefit the wider community.

6. Helping The Smark Report Grow

An active community is an attractive community. By encouraging discussions, creating activities and helping members connect, we can make The Smark Report a place people enjoy visiting and want to return to.
