One of the biggest talking points surrounding All Elite Wrestling has always been its recruitment strategy.
Since launching in 2019, AEW has signed several high-profile wrestlers who previously worked for WWE. Bringing in established names has helped attract attention, create dream matches and give AEW a roster packed with experience.
However, some fans question whether the company has become too reliant on former WWE talent.
Does signing established stars help AEW grow, or does it take opportunities away from the wrestlers who helped build the company from the ground up?
There is also the argument that AEW should be concentrating more on creating its own homegrown main-event stars rather than relying on names already familiar to wrestling audiences.
💬 Let's Debate!
Has AEW become too reliant on former WWE Superstars?
Do established names bring more value to AEW than homegrown talent?
Have former WWE wrestlers taken opportunities away from the original AEW roster?
Should AEW focus more on developing younger and independent wrestling talent?
Which former WWE signing has made the biggest positive impact in AEW?
Which AEW original deserves a bigger opportunity?
Over to you! Are former WWE signings helping AEW reach the next level, or should the company put more faith in building its own stars?
