Yes, I have been on a weight loss journey for about a month now. And I have inculcated long walks into my routine. I used my walking app to track my steps so that I know how long I have gone. Long walks Is reslly helpful for those that wants to keep fit or lose weight

Yes I love walking long distances it keeps me physically fit, and it is always exciting, and I do walk up to 5hours non stop.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no—it depends on how much I feel like going out. I don’t always want a long walk; sometimes I just want a short one, and at other times, I really want to enjoy the longest walk possible.
